Having a baby is the most life-changing event a woman will ever experience. The KGHypnobirthing Course prepares a mother and birth partner for the birth of their baby. The course is very comprehensive offering four sessions, each two hours long which look at the pregnancy and preparation for the actual birth. We look at choices available to women to make sure you have the best possible birth for you. We include information, scripts, the hypnobirthing book and recordings that you can practice throughout pregnancy to prepare you for the big day.
Hypnobirthing enables a woman to work with her body, which is naturally designed to give birth. It empowers you to make the choices that suit you and also gives you the confidence to share these with health staff, making sure you get the birth you want.
